Held December 4, 2023 @ 7:00 PM
The notice of meeting was emailed by November 10th, 2023, to neighbours surrounding P. Ravensbergen & Sons Limited property, at 2873 South Grimsby Road 10, Smithville, Ontario as well as posted online and shared with the head of the planning department at the Township of West Lincoln, Brian Treble.
Chris Ravensbergen, the neighbour at 2859 South Grimsby Road 10 was the only neighbour in attendance and he arrived at 7:10 PM. Madelyn Bradshaw the neighbour to the north at 2883 South Grimsby Road 10 expressed that she would not be coming, in a phone conversation with William Ravensbergen. She, nor her son God Bradshaw, raised any concerns with our proposal. The slide deck that is attached was available and presented as part of the meeting. This was discussed with Chris Ravensbergen, who asked if the installation would have any noise. It was explained that the engine would be contained in a soundproof container, which in turn will be installed inside an insulated building to ensure that any sound escaping would not be above ambient noise in the environment. Chris was satisfied and was supportive of what we were proposing.
The meeting subsequently closes at 7:30 PM.
